Freedom Financial LLC also specializes in brokering pools of residential, commercial and land notes or contracts. We have investors who will provide a competitive price and a prompt response. There is no minimum or maximum pool size.
Please contact us for more information about our pool purchase program. Also provided below is a spreadsheet template that can be used as a guide when submitting a pool to us for review. This template does not have to be utilized, but does provide for the type of information we require in order to have a bid prepared for the pool.
